As Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Spencer is responsible for the company achieving its strategic and operational business objectives. He knows that the key to success is putting the company’s clients and professionals who work for them at the center of everything they do.

Glenn works with leadership teams to assure goals are linked to the company’s overall business objectives, assuring they have the resources and support to achieve success. He is actively engaged in recruiting top professionals interested in building industry-leading brands in the company’s areas of focus.

Glenn’s vision is that Financial Fitness for Life will inspire people to achieve their life’s ambitions. He believes that by providing timely and relevant education, as well as general financial education services, this vision will be achieved and ultimately help people be better positioned for retirement.

Throughout Glenn’s thirty-year career, he has progressively held leadership positions in various fields, including business development, client engagement oversight, sales leadership and operational leadership. Prior to his current role, Glenn spent 12 years with a global professional services firm, Lockton Companies, as their US Chief Operating Officer, President of US Operations, Global Chief Operating Officer and ultimately its Global Chief Executive Officer.

Glenn is originally from Washington, D.C. and received his BBA in finance from The George Washington University. Glenn has 3 children that age from 14 to 24, and currently resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife of 28 years, Gloria.
