John Seibolt is the Chief Operating Officer for Prime Capital Investment Advisors (PCIA). John spent 20+ years in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries, in leadership roles where he worked to provide solutions and efficiencies.

In his current role, John works closely with the executive team to drive sustainable, profitable growth through improved processes and infrastructure investment, while striving to improve efficiencies for our associates and advisors to best serve their clients’ needs.

John graduated from the University of Kansas, and received his MBA from Baker University.
